Meryl Snow, Director of the Sales Executive Group for LCA

This is the annual session focused on the needs of sales directors and senior salespeople from the entire LCA. This group of like-minded individuals has the opportunity to develop a vast knowledge of best practices regarding the sales process as well as the development of sales teams; from compensation and incentive plans, to accountability procedures and innovative sales techniques. 

The amount of learning derived from the LCA Sales Summit tends to get greater as the number of participants increases. The interaction of the Sales Executive Group members during the summit creates relationships among the participants which transitions into ongoing conversations throughout the year. These relationships have helped generate millions of dollars’ worth of event lead exchanges over the past seven years.

This year's sessions will include workshops, power panels, roleplaying, and roundtables. While the SEG members are at this summit, they are with their tribe—they can share the lessons they have learned from both their successes and disappointments.
