The Principals Group is made up of the owners and senior managers of the LCA member companies.

In addition to the speakers and general sessions, the Principals group has its own roundtables, power panels, and short format deep dives into a single subject. These will be done with topics suggested and presented by members of this group.This group will also receive an update on the current LCA external marketing outreach, and will be provided with the opportunity to make suggestions for other LCA activities and opportunities.

For the first time this year a session specific to the corporate delivery and retail catering sectors will be part of the program. The findings of the 2019 industry Intelligence White Paper on marketing will also be distributed, presented and discussed.  

Several new member companies and industry partners will also be introduced.

Most importantly, this meeting gives principals the opportunity to meet and speak with each other both on a formal and an informal basis. These interactions have proved invaluable in helping the LCA as a whole, as well as its individual members, to develop.
