Anthony Lambatos, Director of the Management/Operations Group for LCA

The Management Group is open to all LCA general managers, operations leaders, and human resources personnel. Now in its fifth year, this group is facilitated by Anthony Lambatos and provides a platform for managers to discuss common challenges. Best practices are shared and workshops allow participants to think creatively about how to improve operations within their respective companies.

Attendees have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and return with tools that can be immediately implemented. They will network and establish relationships with other managers in similar positions. Building on those relationships, many attendees remain in contact after the conference and call on one another for help and advice throughout the year.

This year's Management & Operations Group activities will include roundtable discussions, power panels, and workshops. These sessions, which often draw interest from various LCA principals as well as managers, will cover a variety of topics from managing growth and staffing issues to creating a cohesive team and being a more productive leader. This is an unique opportunity for senior managers to interact and trade ideas with their management peers from the top caterers around the US and Canada.
